Road Traffic Accidents are on the decline. <br />The good news comes from TTPS Road Safety Officer Sergeant Brent Batson, who says police are still in the process of identifying two RTA victims who lost their lives over the weekend. <br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.<br />
